Just use it as tho it were beef. I make stew, %26amp; meat pies. I use lots of onions %26amp; garlic as that combo seems to go well with venison. I also add chilies to the meat pies.Hunters and Food connoisseur's only. What recipes have you've tried involving hearty vegetables and venison?
Well I'm 19 come from a big family there is 16 altoghter in my mam and dads house and the baby is 1 so I mother makes a wonderful stew she puts carrots in onions and oxtiol soup it is rapid I swear ta god it is xx
