1 large onion


a couple packs of venison


celery


carrots


potatoes


beef base





boil the venison accompanied by the chopped onion for a while until the venison is fully cooked. after that add the carrots and celery and let that cook for about 20 minutes. then add the potatoes and cook till they are done. you are going to have to add the beef base according to flavor. just use a corn starch and water mix to make the gravy. and then just cook on low for a while after that.Quick and easy venison recipe?
Just make chili. Use a chili seasoning packet (williams is the best) and some tomato sauce, juice or paste.
