Recipes for Venison tamales?

anyone know of some recipes for mexican tamales with venison meat??Recipes for Venison tamales?
Venison Tamale Pie Recipe


1 pound


1 large


2 cloves


2 鈥?10 ounce cans


1 cup


1 鈥?2.5 ounce can


3/4 teaspoon


1/8 teaspoon


2 1/4 cups


1 teaspoon


2 cups


1 鈥?12 ounce can


1 鈥?4 ounce can


4 ounces ground venison


onion, chopped


garlic, minced


enchilada sauce


frozen whole kernel corn, thawed


black olives, sliced


salt


pepper


cornmeal


salt


water


evaporated milk


diced green chilies


Mexican Blend cheese


Sour cream, optional


Nonstick pan spray











Oven Temp: 425掳


Cooking Time: 30 to 40 minutes


Pan Type: 9'; x 13'; baking pan











Preheat Oven. Spay pan with non stick pan spray.





In a large skillet cook the ground venison, onions and garlic until meat is no longer pink in the middle.


Drain well; add the enchilada sauce, thawed corn, olives, first amount of salt and pepper.


Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.


In a medium saucepan combine the cornmeal, water, evaporated milk and second amount of salt.


Mix well and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, or until thickened.


Add the diced green chilies.


Remove 2 cups of the cornmeal mixture cover with plastic wrap and set aside.


Spread the remaining cornmeal mixture in bottom and up the sides of prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.


Remove pan from oven and pour the meat mixture over crust and spread out evenly. Top with the reserved cornmeal mixture.


Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.


Remove from oven and top with the shredded cheese.


Bake until cheese is melted.


Top with sour cream when serving if desired.
