Know any good venison recipes?

i have alot of venison i need to use up but don't know how to cook it so if you have any ideas i would appreciate it thanks .Know any good venison recipes?
when my husband and I get ready to cook venison we usally cook it like you would country style steak or roast. It is also very good on the grill. He also takes it to the butcher and gets them to make ground meat and sausage out of it. Deer Jerky is a good snack too.

Here is a site that has different recipes on how to cook it. Try reading that and see what you think you would like.

I love to cook venison meat. I take my venison and slow cook it over charcoal. The steaks are sprinkle with seasoning salt and then cooked very slow, my roast are done in a roasting oven at 250 degrees with a 1/2 cup water, potatoes, onions, carrots, my shorts ribs are cooked over the charcoal grilled to, then i put bar-be-que sauce on then, also you can make hamburgers out of your ground venison, meat loaf, meat balls, your tender steaks i soak them with whiskey before grilling or pan frying them, but if you are going to pan fry them use olive oil they taste better. But you just have to try and fine one that will work for you, but you can go to Cabela's.com and get a cookbook call Venison Cookery by The Complete Hunter. It is full of recipes that I think you'll love and it is the cook book I use a lot. Good Luck.
How about stew? With stewmeat.

In slow cooker marinate on low heat meat, a few tbs of brandy, and 1/4 cup soy sauce, garlic. You can do this for a few hrs the night before.

Now sautee some onions and garlic.

Throw in crock pot the next day, with some carrots, green beans, cut up potato's (i like red) peas, cut up root veggies like rutabega or parsnip etc. celery. Mushrooms.. you get the picture. Slow roast for the day on crock pot. You may add a little beef broth if you need liquid.. you can thicken it up with corn starch and a wisk if it is soupy.
just go to a cooking website
look on youtube
